We found recently that there are many fraud e-mails spreading and falsely claiming to be APM's agents or representatives.

APM's formal statement:

We found recently that there are many fraud e-mails spreading and falsely claiming to be APM's agents or representatives. Such fraud e-mails have been seriously impacting APM's reputation and daily business operation. We hereby officially declare and state that:
 
1) APM never authorized any individual or company in any country to represent it to collect the payment of its customers;
 
2) Please do not make your payment due to APM to any other individual or company than APM;
 
3) APM highly values each of its customers and has employed professional customer specialists to serve each of its customers, i.e. APM's customer specialists are the contact window to its customers;
 
4) APM has nothing to do with those frauds; please ignore it if you receive any e-mail, telephone or fax from any individual or company who is not APM's contact window to your company claiming you to make any payment due to APM; APM will not be held liable to such frauds and any damage of individual or company from these fraud e-mail, telephone or fax.
 
5) APM has reported to the police and the appropriate authorities in charge of the investigation and prosecution of those suspected of fraud, and APM reserves its right against all such fraud and perpetrators to seek the damages incurred by APM together with the recovery of costs.
