In response to various customers with different background for fast and highly flexible solutions of their demanded MEMS sensor dies, Asia Pacific Microsystems, Inc. (APM), “Paving the way toward MEMS production”, announced today that it will provide the quasi-standard process platform in pressure sensor, called APM Support of Assisting Process in Pressure Sensor. By adapting this quasi-standard process platform, customers, who need MEMS pressure sensing components, can achieve commercial production of their design with minimal or no change in a short period of time.
