MEMS wafer foundry Asia Pacific Microsystems (APM) expects its sales revenues to surpass the breakeven point in 2013 as shipments will boost on the upcoming rollouts of customers' new products.

APM revealed that over the past five years, the company has been operating at near breakeven levels. Clients have remained cautious about placing orders for 2012, but continue to have new products in the validation and pilot production phases, APM noted.
